In November 2024, we took part in the Formnext trade fair in Frankfurt, the benchmark event dedicated to advanced manufacturing technologies. On this occasion, DOUBLE CŒUR highlighted its expertise in large-scale metal additive manufacturing, through concrete demonstrators and high-level technical exchanges.
What we presented at Formnext 2024
Our stand was designed to reflect our technical and pragmatic approach to additive manufacturing. Visitors were able to discover :
- A demonstrator piece produced in DED laser wire, representative of DOUBLE CŒUR’s large format capabilities;
- Our metal additive manufacturing processes, adapted to industrial requirements: complex geometries, multi-material deposits, mass production ;
- Our robotized infrastructure, enabling us to manufacture parts of up to 30 m³ with consistent material density and metallurgical quality.
