Our origins

The emergence of DOUBLE CŒUR...

DOUBLE CŒUR was created by IREPA LASER, RTO (Research and Technology Organisation), in 2021.

The brand was born out of the growing demand from the automotive sector to solder materials such as copper or aluminum alloys, in order to create power circuits as part of the electrification of vehicles.

...and expertise in laser processes

During the study phase, the “double-core” laser proved to be the most suitable laser for welding copper or aluminum alloys, ensuring optimum electrical conduction. Qualification, followed by series production, was born in order to best meet our customers’ production constraints.

In addition to laser welding, DOUBLE CŒUR also offers DED wire and powder additive manufacturing, also on a subcontracting basis, as part of the BPI-funded PAMPROD collaborative project.

DOUBLE CŒUR masters and carries out the entire manufacturing chain, from additive manufacturing to laser welding, across a wide range of dimensions, from design to production.

Our expertise in additive manufacturing (powder and wire), our mastery of associated technologies (simulation, process control, materials) and our responsiveness enable us to carry out our customers’ projects from A to Z. We also rely on IREPA LASER, our preferred development partner, with whom we work on fine-tuning and development operations.
